HOYOYO purchase high value products / bulk ordering, have the opportunity to upgrade to mystery membership level for higher discounts, rebates and customized services. Such as; order priority processing service, special products take photograph arrangement, exclusive customer service to confirm the price arrangement before the order, or other discounts. Platinum member only.
The membership level will be updated on the 1st and 16th of each month, and the system will calculate the records of the past one year of purchasing and shipping.
The following is an example of how each month's statistics are calculated:
The membership level of 2018/12/01, that's will be calculated from the items successfully sent in 2017/12/01~2018/11/30
The membership level of 2018/12/16, that's will be calculated from the items successfully sent in 2017/12/16~2018/12/15
The membership level of 2019/01/01, that's will be calculated from the items successfully sent in 2018/01/01~2018/12/31
The system will check twice a month's of the purchase records of the past year for every HOYOYO members, then the system will automatically upgrade for HOYOYO members.
*All settlements will only be updated after the International logistics delivery completed.
*After the calculation, there will be email and HOYOYO account message notification to inform the members of the changes.
